Using family recipe handed down from generation to generation, Tity, owner of Bread & Butter Bakery, began helping her mother to make all kinds of cakes, cookies and Indonesian layer cakes.
2004
Tity futhered her studies at Amy Baking and Decoration Institute and apprenticeship under Master Tan See Foong.
During this period they accepted regular orders of cakes for any occasions and events.
Soon after, they collaborated with a young professional baker whom has 12 years of experience in bun and breads in Singapore.
